In the lower energy conduction band of the nanowire semiconductor, the electrons are not easily recombined with the hole in the ground state of the perovskite, and the photoelectric conversion effect of the solar cell is increased, so that the electron is less likely to be electrically connected with the ground state of the perovskite.

In the conventional level shifter, PMOS transistors may fight the attempt by the NMOS transistors to pull the output to zero, slowing down the level shifter. As the difference between VDDL and VDDH increases, it may become increasing more difficult for the NMOS transistors to fight the PMOS transistors. In the invention, four additional transistors (MP1, MP2, MN3, MN4) are added to the conventional level shifter.

This invention not only changes the shape of the pen to resolve the issue that round pens can be dropped easily but also utilizes the buttons device to further protect the refill. By doing so,the possibility of steel ball’s being stuck in the nib will be reduced to avoid unnecessary waste.

When the teacher finishes writing on the B side, it can be flipped again to the A side, which was already cleaned up for the teacher to write on immediately. Thereby, we would be able to reduce not only the teacher’s effort and time wiping the blackboard, but also the risk of inhaling chalk ash by teachers and students.

Facilitate food industry operators to remotely and accurately monitor the quantity and quality of raw ingredients in every store, thereby allowing the effective planning of logistics supply and ensuring credibility is upheld. 5. Enable each store to remotely and uniformly adjust their food making procedures and prevent costly mistakes; namely those involving transactions, the neglection of raw ingredients, foodstuffs being exposed in open space for long periods of time and the inability to maintain hygiene standards.

The anodic copolymer P(Inc-co-DTC) with Inc/DTC =1/1 feed molar ratio shows high optical contrast (47%) and coloration efficiency (100 cm2·C-1). Energy-saving electrochromic device (ECD) based on P(Inc-co-DTC) as anodic polymer layer, and poly(3,3-dibenzyl-3,4-dihydro-2H-thieno[3,4-b][1,4]dioxepine) (PProDOT-Bz2) as cathodic polymer layer is fabricated. P(Inc-co-DTC)/PProDOT-Bz2 ECD shows three different colors (light gray, light blue, and blue) at different applied potentials. The highest optical contrast (ΔT%) of P(Inc-co-DTC)/PProDOT-Bz2 ECD is found to be 43.6 % at 630 nm and the coloration efficiency of P(Inc-co-DTC)/PProDOT-Bz2 ECD is calculated to be 728.3 cm2 C-1 at 630 nm. In addition, P(Inc-co-DTC)/PProDOT-Bz2 ECD shows satisfactory optical memories and electrochemical redox stability.
